An observation day in a flag-ship boutique as well as a meeting together with commercial, marketing and training management will allow Pôle Luxe to assess the brand environment and the day-to-day behaviour of your teams. We will guide your teams into sharpening their skills, providing them with numerous sales techniques based on concrete situations and will organize immediate sales debriefs. After the coaching, we will send you a report presenting the subjects covered with your teams and highlighting the ones that need to be strenghtened. Guidelines will be provided for you to set up your internal follow-up.
